Sample Leadership Program
Your programme can be modified to suit your requirements, the year level and length of program – 1, 2 or 3 days. The programme is suited to Year 6 – 12.
EXAMPLE PROGRAMME
Purpose:
- To develop personal qualities and knowledge to become an effective leader of the School.
- To develop a blue print for the Student Council’s 2007 operation.
Objectives:
- To work together as an effective team.
- Use sound decision making.
- Demonstrate effective leadership skills.
- Confidently and effectively speak in front of peers and other audiences.
- Improve communication skills.
- Set objectives for the Student Council using sound problem solving skills.
