Sample Leadership Program

Your programme can be modified to suit your requirements, the year level and length of program – 1, 2 or 3 days. The programme is suited to Year 6 – 12.

EXAMPLE PROGRAMME

Purpose:

  • To develop personal qualities and knowledge to become an effective leader of the School.
  • To develop a blue print for the Student Council’s 2007 operation.

Objectives:

  • To work together as an effective team.
  • Use sound decision making.
  • Demonstrate effective leadership skills.
  • Confidently and effectively speak in front of peers and other audiences.
  • Improve communication skills.
  • Set objectives for the Student Council using sound problem solving skills.
